1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

  • Note: Photos of defective or damaged items are required for processing.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

  • The same conditions for returns apply: unworn, unused, tags intact, original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Return Fees

  • No charge: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is not required to pay for return shipping.

  • Customer pays: If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong purchase, the customer bears the return shipping cost. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • No restocking fee applies in any case.

8. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
