  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping time varies depending on the product type. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

We work with multiple international courier companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. The shipping method will be selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

  • All orders over $149: Free Standard Shipping

  • All orders under $149: $8 shipping fee applies

  • Remote Areas: If your address is in a remote area, an additional remote area surcharge (approximately $40) will apply.

6. Customs & Import Duties

7.Delivery Failure & Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address input by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, customers may be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the item.
